ALPHA DUCTS  products are certified to the highest international air leakage, fire and safety standards: air leakage certification from BSRIA, DCL certification from Dubai Municipality, Certifire certification from Exova-Warrington and UL listing from Underwriters Laboratories.


PRODUCTS 

ALPHA-PIR Panel

ALPHA-PIR panel consist of a formaldehyde free, CFC free, fiber free, high performance rigid thermoset Polyisocyanurate foam core faced on both sides with an extremely durable, protective, low vapor permeability 80 or 200 micron aluminium foil.

The aluminium foil is bonded to the foam core by heat reaction during the manufacturing process without using additional adhesives. The aluminium foil is lacquered with a factory applied corrosion resistant polymer coating.

Availability: The panels are available in the thickneses of 20 mm and 30 mm. The standard panel size is 4000 mm x 1200 mm.

Color: White foam core with silver facings.

Thermal conductivity: 0.022 W/m.K.

Density: The standard panel foam core density is 42 to 48 kg/cum. Higher foam core density of 50 to 55 kg/cum can be provided upon request.

Fire and smoke properties: Class 0 as per BS 476 parts 6 and 7, class A as per ASTM E 84, UL 723, NFPA 255 and NFPA 101.


ALPHA-PF Panel

ALPHA-PF panel consist of a CFC free, fiber free, high performance rigid thermoset Phenolic foam core faced on both sides with an extremely durable, protective, low vapor permeability 80 or 200 micron aluminium foil.

ALPHA-PF-PLUS Panel

ALPHA-PF-PLUS panel consist of a CFC free, fiber free, high performance rigid thermoset Phenolic foam core faced on both sides with an extremely durable, protective, low vapor permeability 18 micron aluminium foil reinforced with a glass scrim.

The aluminium foil is bonded to the foam core by heat reaction during the manufacturing process without using additional adhesives.

Availability: The panels are available in the thicknesses of 20 mm and 30 mm. The standard panel size is 4000 mm x 1200 mm.

Color: Orange foam core with silver facings.

Thermal conductivity: 0.024 W/m.K.

Density: The standard panel foam core density is 55 to 60 kg/cum.

Fire and smoke properties: Class 1 listing as per UL 181, Class 0 as per BS 476 parts 6 and 7.


ALPHA-PIR Air Duct System

ALPHA-PIR air duct system is a lightweight premium quality and performance pre-insulated Polyisocyanurate air duct system for air distribution.

The ducts are fabricated from ALPHA-PIR panels and the associated range of accessories in sections up to 4 m length and offer multiple advantages in reducing cost and energy usage when compared to the conventional sheet metal duct systems.
